Microsoft PNG File DoS Vulnerability

this is i was found on xsec the vulnerability on .png without this file you can do the DoS attack and where you was to do just like this first you must some software like hexa explorer or anything like ultraedit next steps find and open the png file on hexa explorer or ultra edit change the Width and Height in IHDR block (offset 0x10 and 0x14) to 0x0000FFFF. and last step save the file...

and now what the effect, the cpu or your computer be can read this file cause Explorer to consume large amounts of CPU power.
